Slept with a heating pad on the foot over the compress
2. Hot/cold hydrotherapy
In the shower every morning ending with cold
As often as I can in the evening: 3 min hot/:30 cold - repeating 3 times at least
3. Arch support wrap daily during activity
4. Cushion with toe spacer for activities (walking, gym, etc). Some you can get for over the
arch some you can place directly in your shoe.
5. Daily cayenne, turmeric and bromelain orally plus additional vitamin c.

The picture below is of it about halfway healed - where I9m at now. Unfortunately, I don9t
have the original photo but there was a nickel sized lump where the circle is. Now, it9s small
enough you can9t see it, although it9s still healing so I can feel it. God is faithful, trust in Him!
