pushed to the back burner and not happen. So set a cadence, whether
it9s weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Consider what makes the most sense for
your lives that moment, and remember you can adjust the schedule if
you need to. Prioritize it in the same way you do with the kids9 activities or
appointments. Create a calendar invite with the expectation that you9ll
both be there 3 physically and mentally!
